High River, AB (May 7, 2026) – The High River Flyers have announced the new addition of forward Jack Green to the 2026-2027 HJHL roster.
Green, who turned 18 on April 20, spent last season with the U18 AA Foothills Bisons, posting nine points (3G, 6A) in 34 games, and comes with a physical presence as he led the Bisons with 52 penalty minutes.
Flyers Head Coach, Tom Bradbury, explained that Green is a player that he had been paying close attention to before joining the squad for the upcoming season.
“Jack is a player we have been watching closely over the last few seasons, and his development has been nothing but sensational. He is a player that we want to be a part of the Flyers for sure. He will do anything for his team. We are pleased to have him,” Bradbury said.
Green is a local player as he hails from High River and is looking to make an immediate impact this season for his hometown team.
“I am very excited for this next step in my hockey career and can’t wait to see where it takes me,” Green added.
Flock fans, keep an eye out for the HJHL 2026-2027 schedule, as it has yet to be released. Expect more announcements to the roster to be released as the season inches closer.
