Flyers will put game against Rams in the rearview mirror

High River, AB (January 10, 2026) –The High River Flyers will put tonight’s game against the Rams at Rocky Mountain House behind them as they fell 8-0.

Kaiden Fulton would make the start in net for the Flock, making 25 saves in the tilt, with Lauson Kolisnek between the pipes across the ice for the Rams. While the Flyers picked up a win against the Rams in their last meeting, Rocky made sure to hand the Flyers a receipt in their own barn.

The Rams would pick up two power play goals and another marker on a penalty shot.

The first frame would go scoreless as Fulton would make nine saves and Kolisnek stopped seven.

The second frame would see the Rams open the scoring with two goals from Bret Hymers. In the third frame, the Rams would add another six goals with Hymers completing the hat trick, along with Austin Zonneveld, Cody Wells, Clayton Johnson, Ethan Wyzykoski, and Kegan Landry adding tallies.

The Flyers will be back on home ice on Friday as they host the Airdrie Thunder.
