Secretary Wanted – Join Our Hockey Team!
Love hockey and want to make a difference behind the scenes? We are looking for a Volunteer Secretary to join the executive of our hockey team. This is a rewarding opportunity to support our players, coaches, and families while helping our organization run smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
• Recording minutes at executive meetings
• Preparing and distributing meeting agendas
• Managing correspondence and team records
• Assisting with organizational and administrative tasks
• Supporting the executive committee as needed
We’re looking for someone who:
• Is organized and reliable
• Has good communication and computer skills
• Can attend regular executive meetings
• No previous hockey administration experience is required-just a willingness to help and be part of the team. Support and guidance will be provided.
