High River, AB (September 13, 2025) – The High River Flyers are set to play their final game of the 2025-2026 HJHL preseason tonight against the Mountainview Colts.
The game will mark the second of back-to-backs for both teams as the Flyers won 4-3 in a shootout last night (Sept. 12) at the Bob Snodgrass Recreational Complex to take the first game of the preseason. Both teams will now play in Didsbury before opening up the season on September 19.
Isaac Cayetano opened the scoring in last night’s tilt and ended the game with the shootout winner. Ethan Burgeson and Carson Grimeau added the other two goals against the Colts.
Puck drop is set for 8:00 p.m. tonight in Didsbury.
