High River, AB (June 5, 2026) – The High River Flyers have announced that 2008-born forward Grayson Griffith will return to the Flock for the 2026-2027 HJHL season.
Head Coach Tom Bradbury explained that bringing back Griffith is essential as he not only embodies what it means to be a Flyer off the ice, but also gives Bradbury options when needing to rely on a player for some extra minutes.
“Griffin was one of our top rookies on our roster last season. He made a great impression on and off the ice. He’s another guy you can use in any situation,” Bradbury said.
Griffith would post five points (2G, 3A) in 32 games as a rookie last season, and looks to take the next step this coming season as he continues to develop as a member of the Flock.
“I am excited to return to the High River Flyers this upcoming season. I’m grateful for the opportunity to continue being a part of such a great organization and look forward to working hard, growing as a player, and contributing to the team’s success,” Griffith said.
With Griffith coming back on board, the Flyers now have five commitments from players who want to represent the High River Flyers.
